Prison Fellowship® trains and inspires churches and communities—inside and outside of prison—to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration. We equip correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated men and women to make prisons more rehabilitative places; we advocate for a more restorative criminal justice system; and we collaborate with churches and local service providers to support former prisoners, their families, and their communities.
What we are looking for:
A proactive, responsive, and focused Direct Response Marketing Manager to propose and execute creative strategies and tactical plans for fundraising, donor cultivation, and new donor acquisition to attain both revenue and expense goals. Your plans will ensure that messaging accurately upholds the brand and deepens donor favor, retention and engagement. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic principles of the Christian faith, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 5+ years of fundraising or direct marketing planning and implementation.
Key job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies ensuring that messaging accurately upholds the brand; deepens donor favor, retention and engagement; and optimizes giving potential. Utilize multiple channels including web, social media, direct mail, email, radio, telemarketing and event opportunities.
- Manage relationships with agency partners. Provide creative oversight of all strategies and assets. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all DRM communications.
- Manage the DRM proforma. Ensure all campaigns are completed as planned, on time and on budget.
- Determine resource needs in collaboration with agency partners. Collaborate with the team to gather, organize and distribute creative resources for fundraising materials.
