Title: Language Trainer Coordinator (English-Spanish)

Learnlight is currently looking for an energetic Virtual Language Trainer Coordinator to join the team.


The main objective of this position is to execute the mass coordination of sessions in a defined timeframe within the various services Learnlight provides. The role of a Virtual Language Trainer Coordinator involves providing constant support and guidance to our team of trainers, assisting them with the daily challenges they face, recognizing and resolving any doubts related to the services they provide and their teaching schedules.

Responsibilities:


Course coordination and trainer support



  • Understands program requirements, conditions and policies agreed with our clients

  • Tracks trainer calendar changes and finds suitable substitute

  • Analyses trainer needs and availabilities

  • Monitors success criteria for courses and implements corrective actions

  • Supports the Program Management Team for the successful administration of programs and services

  • Provides ongoing trainer support as the main point of contact


Use of internal platform and tools



  • Demonstrates agility and autonomy with the general use of our internal platform

  • Keeps the information up to date on our internal platform

  • Develops knowledge of the different functionalities on our internal platform

  • Makes collaborative effort in offering platform feedback and fostering improvements

  • Develops competence in using the Trainer Management SharePoint site


Requirements:



  • C1 level or higher of English

  • B2 level or higher of Spanish

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated administrative professionalism and responsiveness

  • Proactive attitude with a positive team spirit

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including availably to have difficult conversations when needed

  • Courtesy and kindness in dealing with trainers and colleagues

  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Efficient in MS Office Suite and other related tools


Schedule: Full-time


Location: Virtual/Remote/Online


Start Date: Mid-September/October
