  • To help us share Fullstacks success with the world and find the best bootcamp students, were looking for a Full-Time Academic Operations Lead to help transform the lives of our students, and through them, their communities and economies.


  • As the Academic Operations Manager (University Bootcamps) at Fullstack Academy, you will work across Fullstack’s staff to manage all aspects of our university Bootcamp operations.

  • Youll define and manage our academic project plans and keep our teams up to speed on all the info they need to know.

  • Youll own the allocation and organization of our program resources.

  • Youll also play a key role in instructional staffing, including the recruitment, training, and work allocation of our teaching staff.

  • This position is remote and reports directly to our Head of University Programs.

  • This role collaborates remotely with our Fullstack Academy headquarters in New York, as well as with teams distributed across the United States.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage the scheduling of all academic programing, events, workshops and operations

  • Use, improve, and innovate with our internal tools and documentation to ensure that our program creates an amazing experience for students, every time

  • Own program playbooks, including creating clear guides to programmatic tasks, updating tasks, and collaborating with student-facing staff to ensure playbook accuracy

  • Partner with Program Operations Staff to ensure that each program operates smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Be the owner of our internal academic policies and processes, ensuring that Program Operations Staff know how to execute against those

  • Manage instructor and teaching assistant training operations

  • Report on key student success metrics across all university programs

  • Identify opportunities to improve our program operations and work with our Academics and Program Operations teams to implement them

  • Ensure we are meeting any and all regulatory requirements related to university bootcamps and their operations


  • You are a great candidate for this role if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an operational or project management role in education or tech

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects that share resources (such as staff, space, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, as well as an ability to work cooperatively across teams

  • A genuine desire to work in a mission-driven environment helping to transform students lives

  • A positive and professional attitude

  • A strong interest in technology education and learning to code

  • You are an exceptional candidate if you also have:

  • Experience managing longer-term projects

  • Used software (e.g. scripts) to automate processes and increase efficiency
