Law Enforcement Response Team Coordinator – REMOTE

An exciting technology/social media company in Menlo Park, CA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (Law Enforcement Support) to join their Legal/Law Enforcement Response Team. This person will support program initiatives, manage project deadlines, and engage with key law enforcement partners to support training and development across the teams.

This position is remote and the chosen candidate can live anywhere in the Continental United States.

  • Manage and support strategic, operational and program initiatives

  • Support processes that facilitate internal communications and knowledge management across the team

  • Manage and provide support on legal projects that require coordination and consultation with cross-functional and international teams

  • Set and manage project deadlines, deliverables, and meetings to ensure timely completion of all projects

  • Support roll out of and training on new systems, processes and programs designed to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and development across the team

  • Engagement with key law enforcement partners – Conduct targeted outreach to law enforcement at the request of our internal partners or in response to an adhoc law enforcement request

  • Provide strategic training to over virtual connection to law enforcement audiences


  • Prior background working with law enforcement or a the law enforcement community

  • Fluent in Spanish desired

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, update team resources, etc.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects

  • Excellent communication skills via all means of communication including telephone, email, written correspondence and in person

  • Work to improve cross-functional relationships with internal teams

  • Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly

  • Communicate daily with internal partners and externally with law enforcement contacts, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
