- Work with clients to understand and help formulate requirements, in various formats including user stories, use cases, and visual designs
- Understand platform capabilities and map requirements into configuration tasks
- Implement requirements via business process modeling tools
- Liaison with clients to understand project issues and steer toward resolution
- Assist with project planning
- Work as part of client success team to deliver successful projects
Required Skills, Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Business analysis skills
- Excellent written communications and understanding of documentation best practices, including organizing document libraries
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with requirements management
- Strong communication skills (English)
Scripting skills a big plus, especially in Python.
Ability to speak/read additional languages is a big plus.
