Responsibilities



  • Review mortgage loan documents, audit for completeness, accuracy, etc.

  • Routing of documents, tracking, printing, scanning, and indexing.

  • Complete data input on loans in loan system.

  • Order/follow-up/receive services with outside agencies such as insurance, HOAs, etc.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Detail-oriented, sharp, highly productive with strong quality of work.

  • Sense of urgency, persistence, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • College education preferred or its equivalent work experience, but not required.

  • Preferably mortgage experience including knowledge of loan documents.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Strong customer service, including on the phone.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
