We are looking for a Senior Creative And Design Executive to take full responsibility for RevoU's creative content planning and development from graphic (including video) to UI design.
As our first Design and Creative hire, expect the role to be extremely diverse with a multitude of projects going on at any given time:
More specifically your role will consist in:
Graphic Design (70%)
#1 Support all marketing communication campaigns for RevoU with your strategic creative input and lead the execution of all design and multimedia content production, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Online display ads
- Social media posts
- Youtube videos
- Content Marketing articles and studies
- Biz dev and partnership decks
#2 Develop brand guidelines and collaterals to support the growth of RevoU
#3 Setup tools and develop templates to empower non-design marketers to produce design content for their campaigns with increasing independence from you as a resource.
User Interface Design (20%)
- Work with the marketing communications team to design, develop and optimize landing pages for all online marketing campaigns.
- Work with product development and tech to upgrade the user interface design for the website, app, and all other tech related customer touchpoints online.
- Work with the digital marketing faculty to research, develop and teach a syllabus that develops the creative and design hacking skills for online marketers.
The Perfect Candidate
#1 A keen eye for aesthetics and impeccable attention to details
You have an extremely high standard for all the design products you will put out. So everything we release will have a great design quality!
Starting from your typography techniques; color sense & theory; composition; illustration; until product design.
#2 Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
We need your help to translate all the stories and messages we want to convey to our audience into a design form. We need you to be a strong creative problem solver!
#3 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
These design software and tools are your best friend. This means you know them inside out and keep up to date with the latest updates and improvements from them.
