REMOTE DATA ENTRY – NEEDS TO BE IN CENTRAL TIME ZONE 9:30am – 6:00pm

We are seeking a data-savvy professional who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have speedy and precise typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This is a temporary-to-hire Data Entry Clerk role is looking for people in the central time zone.


Key responsibilities



  • Sift through websites for information

  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

  • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

  • Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source


Requirements



  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills highly desired

  • High typing accuracy

  • Retail experience required

  • Strong familiarity with customer service

  • Data entry experience desired

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems


Salary: $12.00 – $14.00 / Hourly

Location: Hanover Park, IL
